Featuringyear Walk-In Tubs wants every person who contacts us to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a concern and what we do next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Problems With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start with the provider and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Featuringyear Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, process warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work or act for a provider.

Send Us Your Complaint

Email contact@featuringyear.buzz and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• What happened and what outcome you want

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will review it, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unsatisfied?

If our answer does not settle the matter, reply and ask for a second review. You may also get help from your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
