How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

Featuringyear Walk-In Tubs does not do bathing work. After your request, you speak with an independent provider from our network. That provider is a separate business. They quote the job, schedule it and carry it out.

What the Provider May Ask

Expect a short set of questions. Have answers ready.

  • What is the project: walk-in tub, tub-to-shower conversion or tub replacement?
  • Who will use the bathroom, and what are their mobility needs?
  • What type of home is it, and is the floor a slab or raised?
  • Can you send photos and measurements?
  • Is an insurer or benefits program involved?

Photos and notes speed this up. Records first.

Questions Worth Asking a Provider

Treat the first conversation as an interview. Ask:

  • Will the quote be in writing, with the scope listed?
  • Who handles permits, if any are needed?
  • What is the product warranty, and who backs it?
  • How long will the bathroom be out of use?
  • What could change the price once work begins?
  • Can you help document the project if an insurer asks?

Costs vary by job and by product. Get a written quote before you decide.

Where You Can Help, and Where You Should Not

You can clear the bathroom, take photos, measure and note existing problems. Leave plumbing, drain changes, electrical work and floor repairs to the provider. Those jobs need proper tools and skills.

You Stay in Charge

A referral is not a contract. You can compare quotes, ask for changes or say no. Any agreement is between you and the provider.
