Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you rely on anything at featuringyear.buzz. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Referral Only

Featuringyear Walk-In Tubs is a referral and marketing business. We connect homeowners with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. We do not sell, install, repair or service bathing products. Any work in your home is done by an independent provider, not by Featuringyear Walk-In Tubs.

No Endorsement

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We do not promise the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work or products. We also do not promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, warranties and conduct.

Not Medical Advice

Nothing on this website is medical or health advice. Product features are described in general terms. We do not claim that any tub, shower or feature will prevent injury or improve a health condition. If you have questions about bathing safely with a health or mobility issue, talk to a qualified health professional.

Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices change with the product, the bathroom, the materials and the scope of work. Get a written estimate from the provider before any work begins.

Insurance, Programs and Financing

We cannot say whether an insurance plan, government program or other source will help pay for a project. Nothing here promises coverage or funding. Contact the plan or program directly. Any financing comes from the provider or a third party, under their own terms.

How We Are Paid

Featuringyear Walk-In Tubs may receive payment from providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure explains this in more detail.

Accuracy

We work to keep this information correct and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or without errors.
